Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers very clean and comfortable rooms, although slightly on the smaller side for a 4-star property. The service was exceptionally nice and made my stay much better, even being very apologetic for any inconveniences. The location, while great for accessing ski lifts, could use a few improvements. The dining experience was above expectations, with plenty of diverse options. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room size concerns.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a spa-like feel with beautiful wood accents, a comfortable big fluffy white bed, and a nice balcony overlooking the forest. The upgrade to a junior suite apartment was a nice touch. However, the room was quite small and simply equipped.
I had an incredible time at this hotel! The rooms were new and clean, and having a balcony with a view of the ski slope was absolutely fantastic. The service was top-notch, and my kids had a blast at the pool and playground. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the ski slopes. However, some noise was a bit bothersome at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room layout with bunk beds instead of twin beds wasn't ideal for solo travelers, but the room was spacious and well-organized with separate areas. The service was generally excellent, offering a 5-star experience, although there were delays in refilling some items. The location, while brand new and close to the gondola, felt small given the number of visitors. The dining options were vast and impressive, but the lack of cottage cheese was a letdown.
The hotel offers spacious and well-equipped rooms with a lovely mountain view, perfect for families. The service is efficient but lacks a touch of professionalism. The location is excellent for skiing but needs better supervision. The dining experience is just okay. Good overall facilities but slightly pricey.
